BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute an agreement with Key Builders for a project to remodel the FAA lease space in
the service building at the Rochester International Airport.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City accept the state grant for this project.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these agreements on
behalf of the City.
