HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 221-12 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City of Rochester Common Council has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on May 7, 2012, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 107 North, Range 13 West, Olmsted. County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 37 minutes 1.3 seconds West (NOTE: All bearings are in relationship with the Olmsted County Coordinate System NAD '83, Adjusted 1996), along the West line of said Southwest Quarter, 223.59 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue North 00 degrees 37 minutes 13 seconds West, along said West line, 205.53 feet to the Southwest corner of Block 4, • NORTHERN HEIGHTS NORTH SECOND SUBDIVISION; thence North 50 degrees 50 minutes 33 seconds East, along the Southeasterly line of said Block 4, a distance of 275.78 feet; thence South 62 degrees 18 minutes 12 seconds East, 144.62 feet to the Northwesterly right of way line of Rocky Creek Drive Northeast; thence North 46 degrees 12 minutes 15 seconds East, along said Northwesterly right of way, 20.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said Northwesterly right of way line and along a tangential curve, concave Southeasterly, having a central angle of- 24 degrees 07 minutes 08 seconds, a radius. of 230.00 feet, for an arc length of 96.82 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot- 1, said Block 4; thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 43 seconds East, along the Southerly extension of of the West line of lot 1, said Block 4, for a distance of 65.18 feet to the Southeasterly right of way line of Rocky Creek Drive Northeast; thence Southwesterly, along said Southeasterly right of way line and along a non—tangential curve, concave Southeasterly, having a central angle of 16 degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds, a radius of 170.00 feet for an arc length of 49.66 feet, chord bears South 54 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds West; thence South 46 degrees 12 minutes 15 seconds West, along said Southeasterly right of way line, 278.76 feet; thence Southwesterly along said right of way and along a tangential 'curve concave Northwesterly, having a central angle of 37 degrees 53 minutes 12 seconds, a radius of 330.00 feet, for an arc length of 218.21 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
