RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute contracts for the implementation of Radiant System's "Quest" point of sale
solution for the Mayo Civic Center to meet Purchasing Card Industry requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City's approval of these contracts is subject to the
City Attorney's approval of the contracts' terms and conditions.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute these agreements on behalf of the
City of Rochester.
