RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Minnwest Bank Metro, a Minnesota corporation, owners and proprietors, have
shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all
conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all
applicable laws and ordinances:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on July 16, 2012, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota, are to be known and designated as follows:
Outlot E, HADLEY CREEK OUTLOTS, according to the plat thereof on file at the
County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Said tract contains 12.54 acres more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS HADLEY CREEK OUTLOTS SECOND, submitted by Minnwest Bank Metro, a
Minnesota corporation, owners and proprietors, is hereby approved and all dedications of land
or interests in land for public purposed as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA,
