BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Common
Council concurs in the resolution of the Rochester Public Utility Board appended hereto, which
resolution requests approval for the City to enter into a purchase order agreement with Enventis
for:
Equipment and Maintenance for the Core Network Switch Replacement and Upgrade
The amount of the purchase order is not to exceed $729,671.10.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said purchase order
agreement on behalf of the City.
