RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a Supplemental Assessment Agreement for Lots 1 through 21, Replat of Block 2,
Pinewood Meadows First Addition Community Interest Community Number 162 with Pinewood
Meadows Association, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation; Lucile M. Cobb, a single person;
Diane L. Woodworth, a single person; Wendell E. Burt and Cynthia L. Burt, as Trustees of the
Wendell E. Burt and Cynthia L Burt Revocable Trust under agreement dated May 31, 2007;
Wayne Stillman and Carol Stillman, husband and wife; Anne E. Dery, a single person; Wayne
Uptagrafft and Ila Uptagrafft, husband and wife; Jo Lee Joyce Gruber, a single person; Duane N.
Goodman and Judith A. Goodman, husband and wife; Roy Stevenson and Janet Stevenson,
husband and wife; Sarah J. Ashton, a single person; Joseph H. Gruber and Gloria J. Gruber,
husband and wife; Kenneth W. Schoenfelder and Patricia A. Schoenfelder, husband and wife;
Robert T. Degnan and Marsha A. Degnan, husband and wife; Walter T. Doty and Mary Doty,
husband and wife; Robert F. Gregerson and Patricia M. Gregerson, husband and wife; Candace
S. Johnson, a single person; Marvin E. Nyberg, a single person; John D. Lideen and Marilyn A.
Lideen, husband and wife; Robert E. Adamson and Alice T. Adamson, husband and wife;. and
Ervin H. Schlick and Barbara J. Schlick, husband and wife.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City adopt a Supplemental Assessment consistent
with the terms of the Supplemental Assessment Agreement.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this Supplemental
Assessment Agreement on behalf of the City.
