RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a Supplemental Assessment Agreement for Lots 1 through 11, Pinewood
Meadows First Addition Community Interest Community Number 162 with Pinewood Meadows
Association, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation; Maurine A. Johnson, Trustee of the
Maurine A. Johnson Revocable Trust dated September 26, 2001; Ralph S. Smith and Launie J.
Olson, as joint tenants; Randall R. Schoenfelder and Deborah L. Haas, as Trustees of the
Robert W. Schoenfelder Revocable Trust dated November 15, 2006; Patricia Haler, a single
person; Frederick L. Lyman and Juliana Lyman, as Trustees of the Frederick L. Lyman and
Juliana Lyman Revocable Trust Agreement dated November 25, 2008; Dana Treadwell and
Nancee Treadwell, husband and wife; Dianne Fitch and Edward Fitch, wife and husband; Denise
Holubar and Thomas Holubar, wife and husband; and Betty Treadwell, a single person and
Grantee of an Exclusive Life Estate; Colin R. Gentling and Lisa M. Clarke, husband and wife;
Mary Ann Capps, a single person; Bernice M. Nixa, a single person; and Dennis E. Westby and
Connie Westby, husband and wife.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City adopt a Supplemental Assessment consistent
with the terms of the Supplemental Assessment Agreement.
• The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this Supplemental
Assessment Agreement on behalf of the City.
