HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 357-12 5 • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of and execute a Supplemental Assessment Agreement for the South 150 feet of the East 62 feet of the West 106 feet of Part of Outlot 1, except the South 17 feet thereof, except the following described land: The South 150 feet of the West 4 feet of the East 62 feet of the West 106 feet of Outlot 1, Cummings Addition to the City of Rochester; AND, the South 150 feet of the West 44 feet of Outlot 1, less the South 17 feet thereof for street purposes; AND, the East 50 feet of the West 218 feet of Part of Outlot 1, less the North 121 feet thereof; AND, the East 62 feet of the West 168 feet of Outlot 1, except the North 121 feet thereof; AND, the East 45 feet of Outlot 2, less that part thereof lying north of a line drawn parallel with and 117 feet South of the south line of 1st Street S.W; AND, the South 150 feet of the West 4 feet of the East 62 feet of the West 106 feet of Outlot 1, all within Cummings Addition to the town, now City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota, with Mayflower Group, LLC. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City adopt a Supplemental Assessment consistent with the terms of the Supplemental Assessment Agreement. The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this Supplemental *Assessment Agreement on behalf of the City.
