RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City move
the Painters Meet and Confer Group into the Non-Exempt/Non-Contract Meet and Confer
Group, and eliminate the former Group.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City implement the following wage and benefit
proposal for the employees represented by the Non-Exempt/Non-Contract Meet and Confer
Group for the year 2012:
1. A one-percent general wage increase effective January 12, 2012; and
2. Continuation of the existing benefits previously accorded to the
Painter's Meet and Confer Group.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City
any documents needed to implement this Resolution.
