• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, BSH ROCHESTER 1, LLC, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester
Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land
Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on October 15, 2012, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Outlot B, ROCHESTER TOWNE CLUB, Rochester, Minnesota.
Containing 14.10 acres, more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS ROCHESTER TOWNE CLUB FIRST REPLAT , submitted by BSH +
ROCH�STER 1, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company, being owner and proprietor, is
hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on
said plat are hereby accepted
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,
MINNESOTA, THIS _15th DAY OF October , 2012.
