RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a Supplemental Assessment Agreement with ST Properties of Rochester, LLC
for property described as the West 76 feet of the East 121 feet, less the North 116 feet of Outlot
2, together with the West 1.68 feet of the East 122.68 feet, less the North 116 feet of Outlot 2, all
in Cummings Addition to the town, now City, of Rochester, Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City adopt a Supplemental Assessment consistent
with the terms of the Supplemental Assessment Agreement.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this Supplemental
Assessment Agreement on behalf of the City.
