RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that, for the benefit of
all Exempt/Non-Contract Meet and Confer Group city employees for 2013, 2014, and 2015, the
City authorize:
1. A three-year agreement with a general wage increase of 1.75% in 2013,
2.0% in 2014, and 2.25% in 2015. All increases are effective the first full
payroll cycle of each year.
2. Continuation of previous Council-approved Health Care Savings Plan
arrangement to contribute 100% of accrued vacation balances at the time
of separation from the City.
3. Continuation of the same benefits offered in the current RPEA bargaining
agreement or City policy with the exception of a modified Unused Sick
Leave Policy.
4. Reinstatement and/or continuation of all other5 previously negotiated
• benefits not mentioned herein. 7
5. Employee must be employed as of the date of Council approval to be
eligible for retroactive pay.
