RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Contribution Agreement with Seneca Foods Corporation for the construction of a pedestrian
path along the frontage of Third Avenue S.E., and 20th Street S.E., abutting the Corporation's
property.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
