RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that, for the benefit of
all Exempt/Non-Contract Meet and Confer Group city employees for 2011, the City authorize:
1. A one percent general wage increase effective January 13, 2011 (one-year
agreement only).
2. A merit range of zero to three percent merit range for RPU directors and
zero to two percent merit range for all other Exempt/Non-Contract
professionals or appropriate step adjustment.
3. A one-time sell back of personal days (two) that were previously awarded to
this group in lieu of other compensation considerations. RPU directors and
exempt HR professionals will receive a lump sum payment equivalent to 80
hours of their 2010 hourly pay rate and the assistant city attorneys will
receive a lump sum payment equivalent to 16 hours of their 2010 hourly
pay rate.
• 4. Reinstatement and/or continuation of previously negotiated benefits.
