RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a lease agreement with Bourquin Farms, Inc., for the rental of City-owned
property in Section 20 of Cascade Township for farming purposes.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City
of Rochester.
