BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a letter of engagement for actuarial services with Gallagher Benefit Services,
Inc., to meet the GASB No. 45 accounting requirements for the 2009 reporting year in the
amount of$7,750.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City
of Rochester.
