RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Rochester Professional Employees
Association to govern the terms and conditions of employment for employees of the City
represented by said exclusive bargaining unit for the year 2011.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City approve of and execute a Memorandum of
Understanding with the RPEA concerning the seniority policy.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Agreement and
the Memorandum on behalf of the City.
