BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #3 with Edward Kraemer & Sons for Project M4-16 (J7902),
Construction of Pedestrian Bridge over Highway 14 West, DM&E and Cascade Creek.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF FCNILLAAy , 2011.
