BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #4 with Edward Kraemer & Sons for Project 6204-2-08, (J7904),
Bridge 55578 Fourth Street S.E., over Bear Creek, in the amount of$51,600.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
