RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Development Agreement with RP Second Street, LLC, and Rochester Lodging Associates,
LLC, for development of the property known as Shoppes on Second.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 267- D \ F , 2011.
