BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into professional services agreements with Olson & Nesvold Engineers, Summit
Envirosolutions, and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates to prepare the required
environmental reviews for the East Circle Drive Path Project, J4651.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS D OF 11.
