RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City
approve the 2011 Program of Projects and submit a grant application to the Federal Transit
Administration for funding of the projects as described in the 2011 Program of Projects.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute such documents as are necessary to implement this resolution including subsequent
grant contracts.
