BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota:
That the bid and proposal of Hoglus Bus Company for the furnishing of all labor,
materials, equipment, etc. necessary for the purchase of Two Buses for Zips Dial-A-Ride in
accordance with plans and specifications for same which are on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City, viz: Hoglus Bus Company be and the said bid and proposal is hereby
accepted.
The amount of the payment and performance bonds to be given by said contractor are
hereby fixed at the sum of$62,848, subject to any change order increasing the cost of the
contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 16" DAY OF May
2011.
