RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with Westbrook Associated Engineers for the
construction phase structural engineering services for the Pedestrian Bridges over Seventh
Street N.W., (J-4631).
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
