RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an engineering services agreement with Yaggy Colby Associates to provide feasibility study
services for Rocky Creek Ravine Phase 3 (J-6608) on an hourly basis with a total project cost
not to exceed $26,740 and to authorize the City Administrator to negotiate final design services
with Yaggy Colby Associates upon completion of the feasibility study services.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
