RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an engineering services agreement with Yaggy Colby Associates for the design of the
Stabilization of Elton Hills Ravine Reach A (J-6588) on an hourly basis with a total project cost
not to exceed $44,200.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
