BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #2 for Project #6202-3-06 (J7247), Construction of Second Street
S.W., from First Avenue S.W., to Sixth Avenue S.W., in the amount of$6,559.30.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
