RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City certify
with the Olmsted County Auditor the collection of the obligations contained on the attachment
with the collection of taxes over five years at 6% interest with the first payment being due with
the 2012 property taxes. Interest will start accruing on the date of the certification.

Obligations for Hart Farm South Second J5329 Mark E. Baker
As specified in the terms of the executed First Supplemental Amendment to Development Agreement for Hart
Farm South (recorded as Document#A-1266717 on or about 8126/11), the obligations outlined below are to be
certified for collection with property taxes over five (5)years @ 6% interest. Interest is to start accruing from the
date of certification,with the first payment being due with taxes in 2012. By Agreement,the Owner has waived its
right to notice and to a hearing as may be provided by Minnesota State Statute.
