BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 23 concerning the Public Works and Transit Operations Center, J2087,
Phase 2, in the amount of$286,093.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
