• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota:
That establishing the standing committees and functions adopted:
Section 1: Standing Committees Established. The following permanent
standing committees of the Common Council of the City of
Rochester are hereby established:
A. ROCOG E. Board of Equalization J. Personnel Advisory
B. Rochester Public F. RAEDI K. Convention Bureau
Utilities G. PASC L. HRA
C. Airport Commission H. Youth Commission M. Joint Emergency
D. Energy Commission I. Environmental Management
Section 2: Committee Functions. The foregoing standing committees
shall consider such matters and perform such functions and
duties as are referred to, or assigned to them by the
Common Council or by the President of the Common Council.
Section 3: Each committee shall be composed of members who shall be
• appointed by the President of the Common Council at the
beginning of each official year. In making appointments
to the several committees, the President shall also
designate which member shall be chairman of the committee.
Section 4: All prior standing committees of the Common Council are
hereby dissolved and all matters referred to those
committees are hereby reassigned to the new standing
committees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,
MINNESOTA, THIS 4th day of January, 2010 PRESIDENT OF SAID COMMON COUNCIL
