RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute an amendment to the professional services agreement with TSP, Inc., to provide
architectural and engineering services for a project to replace the final section of roof on the
Main Terminal Building at the Rochester International Airport.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City accept and execute a state aid agreement to
provide 70% of the funding for the above project.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the professional service
agreement and the state aid agreement on behalf of the City.
