BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with Braun Intertec for material testing and inspection
services during construction of the Public Works and Transit Operations Center (J2087) in an
amount of$52,071 plus a contingency of 10%.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
