HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 208-10 'aov RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute the Fourth Amendment to the Purchase Agreement with Hamilton Investors, LLC, for property located at the intersection of West Circle Drive and 415t Street N.W. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the judgment of the Common Council that the acquisition of the real property covered by this resolution has no relationship to the City's comprehensive plan. As such, the Council hereby dispenses with the requirement of Minnesota Statute Section 462.356, Subd. 2 that might require the City Planning and Zoning Commission to perform a comprehensive plan compliance review of the action described by this resolution. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the amendment on behalf of the City.
