RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with Arthur E. Birdseye & Maryann Birdseye for property
generally described as part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 106 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
