RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, CPDC Rochester Development, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, Sterling State Bank,
a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee, and Lowell Penz and Morris Memorial LLC, a Minnesota
limited liability company, collectively as mortgagees, owners and proprietors, have shown to the
satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of
approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws
and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on September 20, 2010, the following plat
of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated asJollows:
That part of the-East Half of Section 8 and of the West Half of Section 9, all in Township 106
North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 106 North,
Range 14 West; thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the

Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as REFLECTIONS ON MAYO LAKE and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for the public use forever the public ways and also grant the easements as shown on this plat for drainage and utility
purposes only.

TO BE KNOWN AS REFLECTIONS ON MAYO LAKE, submitted by CPDC Rochester
Development, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, Sterling State Bank, a Minnesota corporation,
mortgagee, and Lowell Penz and Morris Memorial LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company,
collectively as mortgagees, owners and proprietors, hereby approved and all dedications of land
or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted
