RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City-Owner Contract with Autumn Ridge Church fka First Baptist Church (Owner), Knutson
Construction Services Rochester, Inc. (Contractor), and Civil Engineering Services Company
(Engineer), for Project J5327, "Public Watermain extension to serve the Autumn Ridge Church
building addition on Lot 2, Block 1, First Baptist Church Subdivision."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
