HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 505-10 505 � . • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that, for the benefit of all non-contract, non-exempt city employees, the City authorize: (1) a one-percent general wage increase and reinstatement of steps for those employees who are eligible; (2) The continuation of benefits previously approved by Council on January 23, 2008 and December 15, 2008; (3) For determination of overtime wages, the City organizational policy "Working Hours and Overtime Pay" updated on July 7, 2008, will be applied (this replaces the provision approved by Council on January 1, 2006 relative to hours worked in excess of the scheduled shift); and (4) The City of Rochester and the Non-Exempt/Non-Contract Meet and Confer Group agree that, at the time of separation from the City, employees with ten years of full-time credited service with the City will be eligible to deposit 50 percent of the monetary payout of their unused accrued vacation balance (not saved vacation) into the Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) offered by the Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS).
