HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 516-10 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of the settlement agreement with Ralph and Johanna Russell for the purchase of property, a part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 106 North, Range 14 West, that was affected by the reconstruction of 11th Avenue S.W., north of 60th Street S.W., (J-7203). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any and all necessary documents required in order to implement this resolution. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the judgment of the Common Council that the purchase and sale of the real property covered by this resolution has no relationship to the City's comprehensive plan. As such, the Council hereby dispenses with the requirement of Minnesota Statute Section 462.356, Subd. 2 that might require the City Planning and Zoning Commission to perform a comprehensive plan compliance review of the action described by this resolution.
