• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota:
That the bid and proposal of Flint Hills Resources for the furnishing of all labor,
materials, equipment, etc. necessary for the construction of 2009 Emulsion Season Supply in
accordance with plans and specifications for same which are on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City,viz:
See Request For Council Action (RCA) dated March 23, 2009
be and the said bid and proposal is hereby accepted.
The amount of the payment and performance bonds to be given by said contractor are
hereby fixed at the sum of(See RCA) , subject to any change order increasing the cost of the
contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 23rd DAY OF
MARCH, 2009.
