BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 1 with Mavo Systems for the Environmental Demolition Project on the EOC
Building at the Rochester International Airport.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
