RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc., to provide design,
bidding and construction administrative services for Terminal Building renovations at the
Rochester International Airport.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 12009.
