RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Hartman Farms, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and Merchants Bank, a national
association, mortgagee, owner and proprietor, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of
Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon
its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on August 3, 2009, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lots 1-2, Block 2, CIRCLE 19 PLAZA, according to the official plat thereof,
City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota, AND
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 107 North, Range
14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, more particularly described as follows:
• Beginning at the most northwesterly corner of CIRCLE 19 PLAZA SECOND
according to the official plat thereof; thence along the northerly right-of-way
line of Heritage Place N.W. North 76041'41" East, 243.98 feet to the
southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2, CIRCLE 19 PLAZA, according to the
official plat thereof; thence along the westerly line of said Lot 2, North
13018'19"West, 200.00 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence
along the north line of said Lot 2, North 76°41'41" East, 207.34 feet to the
most southerly corner of SUPERIOR RIDGE TOWNHOMES REPLAT C.I.C.
NO. 207; thence along the westerly line of said SUPERIOR RIDGE
TOWNHOMES, North 34037'38"West, 123.68; thence South 87°54'45"West,
261.34 feet, thence North 29°20'57"West, 86.32 feet; thence South
60039'03"West, 238.50 feet; thence South 29020'57" East, 342.69 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southwest having a radius of
217.00 feet; thence southeasterly along the arc of said curve through a
central angle of 14024'03", 54.54 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
5.24 acres, and subject to any existing easements and restrictions of record.
. TO BE KNOWN AS NANS LEGACY, submitted by Hartman Farms, Inc., a Minnesota
corporation, and Merchants Bank, a national association, mortgagee, owner and proprietor, is
hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on
said plat are hereby accepted
