RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Orders No. 5, 7 and 8 with Hoffman & McNamara Company totaling $76,473.36 for
Project M7-21 (J7258), Highway 52 Corridor Landscaping Project.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
