BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 9 with Hoffman & McNamara Company totaling $5,960.10 for Project M7-21
(J7258), Highway 52 Corridor Landscaping Project.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
