RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City of
Rochester enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota to provide public transportation
service in Rochester, Minnesota for CY2010 regular route transit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City agree to provide a local share of 20% percent
of the total operating cost and 20% of the total capital costs for CY2010 regular route transit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute these agreements and all other documents, certifications, amendments and contracts
in order to obtain the grant assistance requested.
