HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 564-09 5 • RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Blue Barn Properties LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, and Premier Bank, owners and proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on December 21, 2009, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 10, Block 2, AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota. Said tract contains 1.06 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK THIRD, submitted by, Blue Barn Properties LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, and Premier Bank, owners and proprietors, hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS ZIS7— DAY OF �rl7& , 2009 .
