RESOLUTION
Approving Easement Settlement with Landowner Todd E. Emanuel for Runway 2/20
Reconstruction Project.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve a
negotiated administrative settlement with landowner Todd M. Emanuel in the amount of
$61,100.00 for an easement on Parcel ID 54.20.42.034233; FAA Tract No.: X4. Acquisition
of an easement on this parcel of land is needed for the Runway 02/20 extension project at
the Rochester International Airport.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute any agreements on behalf
of the City.
