RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Joint Resolution/Orderly Annexation Agreement between the Town of Cascade and the City of
Rochester for the Welch Property, Smodt Property, Pittenger Property, Krebsbach Property and
th
the Clowes Property and the riiaght-of-way of 55 Street N.W., as needed for the reconstruction of f
55 Street N.W., Phase II (52e Avenue to 60th Avenue N.W.).

The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this Joint
Resolution/Orderly Annexation Agreement on behalf of the City.
