RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Rochester
Police Department apply for, accept and enter into a 2004 Law Enforcement Terrorism
Prevention Program Grant with the State of Minnesota or the federal Office of Domestic
Preparedness. The funding will be for terrorism prevention equipment, exercises, training,
planning and organizational activities.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the application, the grant
agreement when approved, and any other documents needed to implement this resolution.
