• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City acquire
Parcel F of the Gordy Yeager Wildlife Management Area from the State of Minnesota in the
amount of$14,000.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the purchase agreement and any
other documents required to implement this resolution on behalf of the City.
